Free "No Sweat" Intro
The CrossFit program is designed to be infinitely scaleable. That means that every workout can be modified in a way that helps individuals of any fitness level attain results. The same routines are used for a 60+ woman who’s never worked out as an 18 year old football player.
We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
Each workout of the day, or WOD, is designed with intention. Our coaches are trained to help everyone modify their workouts in a way that accomplishes the objective and guides the individual one step closer to their goals. Everyone’s needs when it comes to fitness differ in degree, not kind. We all want to move better, feel better, look better, and build stronger minds and bodies. What makes CrossFit extra special is that we get to do that together. Even if you’re doing pull-ups and the athlete next to you is doing a modified movement that helps them work out the same muscles, you're doing it together. There’s something inspiring about
growing personally while surrounded by others doing the same.
Each days workout is an hour and fifteen minutes max and consists of a group stretch, warm-up, instruction/direction from the coach, a slower paced strength or skill section and then a faster paced workout that can last anywhere from 5 to 25 minutes. Each day is different and exciting.
The hardest part of CrossFit is getting started. It’s just showing up that first day. But you don’t have to do that alone! We are here to help encourage you from the very beginning.
