Why CrossFit: CrossFit gives me the challenge, intensity, and push that I need to reach my functional fitness, strength and health goals. It has a way of driving me to my breaking point of physical and mental pain, which I experience humbleness, respect and challenges my will to never quit. Through Crossfit each day I am becoming stronger and healthier than I have ever been in my life, and beside fitness alone, I get to work alongside some of the best people you could ever meet, that have the same will to push for gains.

Why CrossFit: Although I enjoy the competitive atmosphere and intensity that CrossFit brings along with its structure and programming it has a much larger meaning than just “working out”,  the community of CrossFit has become one of the most impactful parts of my life, it has shown me how much a positive and loving community can affect the world around you and how to truly love others and inspire others to be the best person that they can be. Unlike any there versions of exercise CrossFit the only version that truly affect a person's mental and physical traits…… I also like kicking Taylor's butt.

Why CrossFit: I eat like an idiot and cant stand running. You don't have to do any extra running other than what is programmed.  I've always enjoyed working out, but it got stale in a gym.  Crossfit allowed me the opportunity to get better at something and push myself to learn new things.  It humbles you quickly but rewards you greatly.

I chose CrossFit because I am grateful for my health & God given abilities and want to reach my full potential through elite training...and to look good.

Why CrossFit: I’ve been exercising regularly for 10+ years now and over that time I have tried several different things. I enjoy traditional bodybuilding type stuff and for a long time kept some accountability with a good friend’s women’s boot camp classes. I’ve even tried boxing, spin classes, yoga, etc, however, Crossfit has been the one that I’ve been most satisfied with and I’ve been doing it for 4 years now. My husband initially started at Crossfit Saraland several months before I did and we just thought we were in shape before just doing our own thing but boy were we wrong. It is such a challenge but I love that about it. I also love even more the encouraging atmosphere and the fact that as challenging as it is, it can be tailored for anyone and any fitness level.

Why Yoga: Yoga has improved so many things in my life: flexibility, mindfulness, stress, anxiety, depression. Yoga also helps reduce your risk of injury during other activities. Yoga is the first time of the day that most people get to sit in one place, completely still, silent, and just be. No distractions, just you and the mat “And when the night is cloudy, there is still a light that shines on me. Shine on until tomorrow, LET IT BE!”
